Tumalo Web Design is located...
in the beautiful high desert area of Central Oregon near the town of Bend.
About...
Tumalo Web Design was born by request when several local artists utilizing our fine art giclée printing and scanning studio, Art Resource Technology, indicated a desire to have us showcase their artwork on the web. With a background in web design we decided to expand our studio to include the design of artist portfolios and small business websites.
Web Designer...
Sue O'Rourke is our Web Designer and has over 9 years experience in designing websites and working with web-related technology. When Sue isn't creating websites she is involved in the operation and management of Art Resource Technology, the parent business of Tumalo Web Design. Art Resource Technology is a fine art giclée printing and large format scanning business in Bend, Oregon, that she co-owns along with partner Ed O'Rourke. She also oversees it's internal applications and web portals.
Creative Director...
Ed O'Rourke is our President and Creative Director at Art Resource Technology and brings with him over 25 years experience in the IT industry with emphasis on Graphic Design. His background perfectly complements the art world where many artists use his skills and technology to expand their audience by reproducing their original art as giclée prints. He was in the news where he completed a project for the Bend Bulletin's "100 Years of News" for their centennial exhibit hall featuring Central Oregon history in photographs and past newspaper prints He was also in the news for completing the "Bend Centennial Panels" project for Deschutes County. The Deschutes Historical Society, Prineville's Bowman Museum, and Madras' Historical Center often use his services to preserve their extensive collection of historical documents, maps, and photographs.
